Acknowledging that he attempted to seize the phone from the hands of PDL MP Zeineb Sfari, Ennahdha MP Neji Jaml sought to justify his actions by alleging that he repeatedly requested her not to film although she declined to obey him.

Still, in an effort to justify his act, Jmal evoked that PDL deputies have been, since the commencement of the term, a source of disturbance, presumably seeking to gain media sympathy by mentioning the dispute between PDL leader Abir Moussi and Sarhan Chikhaoui.

At the end of a lengthy posted on his official page, the MP dismissed having “slapped” or even assaulted Zeineb Sfari, thereby rejecting the images the public had seen yesterday in the video, which was broadly shared last night.

The syndicate of intervention units has decided to file a complaint against all those who assaulted the agents guarding PDL leader Abir Moussi and who were molested along with her.

The syndicate requested agents not to be drawn into the square of political violence and assures that it will reach the presidential security, to bound the duties of these agents during the exercise of their duties, to review the list of threatened people, so that it can take charge, solely, of their security at the Bardo Palace.

The ministry further commended the spirit of sacrifice and struggle of women at all levels and in several fields of activity by vowing to support the efforts of Tunisian women.

promoting social inclusion and the economic independence of women.

The Ministry of Social Affairs has reiterated its dedication to helping underprivileged and poor social classes by helping all strategies and programs promoting social inclusion and the economic independence of women.

The department has pledged to improve the care and support mechanisms for women with disabilities or victims of poverty. The objective is to defend them against violence, violent extremism, human trafficking and to offer guarantees to organize domestic work as well as respectable working circumstances in the agricultural field in particular.
Yeah, right 🤣

The power of words, eh 🙄
Those words will never become the reality for Tunisian women...they are empty words....more bullshit and lies 🙄

By Rim Hana
| 23 mars 2021

In a statement to Tunisie Numérique, Democratic Current MP Nabil Hajji affirmed that all the structures of the Parliament are now blocked and that MPs cannot operate under such conditions, with reference to the live videos of PDL leader Abir Moussi.

The intervention of parliament officials today is understandable, but remains condemnable despite the fact that it makes sense and could follow a risky precedent, he added.

The media are mainly responsible for what is occurring now, as they are more interested in the disputes than in covering the work of the parliament , according to Hajji.
